At Rangriiiti, we aim to process and deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Delivery across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. Any applicable COD charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Delivery timelines may vary during peak sale periods, public holidays, festivals, weather disruptions, or due to courier partner delays.

We ship orders through trusted logistics partners such as:

  • XpressBees

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via SMS, email, or WhatsApp using the contact details provided at checkout.

7. Delivery Inspection

At the time of delivery, we recommend checking the outer packaging carefully.

If the package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, you may refuse delivery and inform the delivery executive immediately.

8. Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation requests are accepted only within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once an order is processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

To request cancellation, please email us at rangriiti@gmail.com with your Order ID.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
